hadero coffee company, is on the process of establishing coffee roasting factory at Jackros (Bole Sub City) , Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. hadero plans to add value on green coffee and supply to local and international market. hadero is looking for highly motivated and experience personnel to fill the following position.

Job Summary
The main responsibility of event and gallery manager is overseeing the installation of exhibitions. The job role includes wide-ranging activities from liaising with artists, to overseeing the exhibition program, maximizing sales and managing budgets.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organize, oversee facilities and manage all events, responsible for planning and organizing permanent or travelling exhibitions, publicityevents and promotional activities such as talk shows and workshops
- Oversee the daily operation of the gallery
- Supervise the handling of artwork and ensure every care is taken with regard to their safety and security
- Develop methods to receive feedback from customers concerning the quality of their gallery experience
- Research items to be acquire and display in the gallery reflecting coffee and coffee ‘s relationship with Ethiopians changing high quality items
- Manage inventory process, including the entering and tracking in POS system
- Manage and schedule coffee gallery event and programs, developing event feedback surveys and handling post-event reports
- Work with sales and marketing manager in all coffee-related festivals and special events and a space utilization plan.
- Providing information to key visitors/partners
- Perform related work as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualification Requirement
Education: BA in marketing and management and other related fields
Experience: Minimum of 4 years, in organizing exhibitions, different events and relative activities in promotion, Knowledge on coffee
Additional requirements:
