Job Description
- Maintain a competent understanding of the company’s products, functions, and services
- Understand requirements for each training and customers and Coordinate the customer service area along with the agents
- Control and oversee the impartation and training rooms facilities
- Schedule and coordinate the impartation space and training rooms
- Contact customers regarding schedule cancellations, any updates, product pick up, training start-ups etc
- Coordinate in-service team, assign roles, and avail necessary logistics and manage all program operations
- Oversee programs happenings and act quickly to resolve problems, Evaluate the program’s success
- Perform any other related task as asked by your supervisor
Job Requirements
- BA in Hotel management, marketing, communication or any other related field of study with proven experience as Program Coordinator/ Customer service coordinator
- Excellent coordinating skill with outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Well organized with multi-tasking skills, Able to handle stress and remain calm
- Problem-solving ability
