Job Description

  • Maintain a competent understanding of the company’s products, functions, and services
  • Understand requirements for each training and customers and Coordinate the customer service area along with the agents
  • Control and oversee the impartation and training rooms facilities
  • Schedule and coordinate the impartation space and training rooms
  • Contact customers regarding schedule cancellations, any updates, product pick up, training start-ups etc
  • Coordinate in-service team, assign roles, and avail necessary logistics and manage all program operations
  • Oversee programs happenings and act quickly to resolve problems, Evaluate the program’s success
  • Perform any other related task as asked by your supervisor

Job Requirements

  • BA in Hotel management, marketing, communication or any other related field of study with proven experience as Program Coordinator/ Customer service coordinator
  • Excellent coordinating skill with outstanding communication and negotiation ability
  • Well organized with multi-tasking skills, Able to handle stress and remain calm
  • Problem-solving ability
