Main Duties
- Manage the parts inventory control system in efficient manner
- Preparing a stock replenishment procedure, formulas and agreed steps and assumption with department and other parties like NEFC and Finance.
- Preparing a standard format to collect Lost sales, irregular demands, NPI machines and request weekly each responsible parties’ like Prime Product Sales, Service department, Branches, PSSR’s and Counters, then preparing orders accordingly.
- Collecting a customer voice lists and making analysis and preparing parts to be ordered list.
- Collecting quoted weekly parts and make analysis and prepare an order for Non available parts.
- Ensuring allocation and delivery of parts related to customer (Internal and External), CSA, CVA, Tenders and other service contracts
- Taking the responsibility of customer complaints like critical parts are out of stock, study the cause and take an immediate action with the department.

Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering or Business Management or equivalent from recognized University
- Minimum 4 (four) years of relevant experience in Parts Operation activities Excellent analytical skill in Parts Operation Management & Inventory Management
- Excellent communication skill in spoken and written English, knowledge of additional foreign language will be an advantage.
- High level of communication, leadership, and motivational skills
- Self-starter and management capabilities
- Computer literate, most important Microsoft operating system & applications
- Experience at least in one ERP
- 2nd Grade Driving License
