Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for developing the business of the operator’s track;
Ø Responsible for customer development, customer key personnel relationship establishment and maintenance, sales negotiation, and implementation of the company’s sales policy;
Ø In order to continuously improve the business cooperation model, actively collect, analyze and track the needs of operators and formulate cooperation plans, manage and promote them;
Ø Lead the team to develop, maintain high-quality operator customers and channels, analyze and predict the sales market, grasp the market trend, provide accurate information for decision-making, and develop and develop the sales market;
Regularly check and analyze the marketing environment, goals, plans, and business activities, adjust marketing strategies and plans in a timely manner, formulate preventive and corrective measures, and ensure the completion of marketing goals and marketing plans
Job Requirements
Education
Ø BA degree or above Major in Marketing, :
Experience
Ø 5 years of work experience , good contacts with operators Ethiopia
Required skills
Ø Ability of handling large customers and Strong customer service ethic and abilities
Ø Ability to establish and maintain customer relationship, can obtain key information of customers,
Ø Ability to judge the situation, can accurately dig out the needs of customers,
Ø The ability to communicate and negotiate, and be able to follow Customer needs and feedback to develop negotiation strategies
Ø Excellent English and local language in the responsible area communication skills both in verbal and written,
Ø Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
