Objective
- To produce standard marketing materials, including videos, images, and social media content, and effectively highlight Ethiopia’s potential in delivering high-end Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services for better employment opportunity for program targets.
Outcomes
- One high-quality marketing video (3 minutes each).
- A collection of 30 professional images suitable for digital and print use.
- A social media content package including 15 posts, a content strategy, and a content calendar.
- 10 infographics that can be used across digital platforms, presentations, and marketing materials
About You
Selection Criteria for Service Providers:
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in PR, communication strategy, capacity building, and business development, with involvement in the private sector, public sector, and development partners, including NGOs.
- Experience with Ethiopia’s Digital Entrepreneurship Ecosystem development and a strong understanding of the country’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, along with experience working with clients in technology, outsourcing, or related sectors.
- Proven experience in producing high-quality marketing materials, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video production, photography, and social media content creation.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English.
Company Team Qualifications:
- Team Leader Principal Consultant: Master’s in journalism, communication, or related fields with 8+ years of experience in communications, external relations, or public affairs.
- Senior Expert: Master’s degree and 6 years of experience in communications, public relations, or related fields, including strategy development.
- Associate Consultant: Master’s degree and 5 years of experience in similar fields, focusing on strategy and PR capacity development.
Functional Competencies:
- Positive, constructive work approach with openness to change.
- Strong time management, ability to work under pressure, and deliver high-quality results.
