Purpose
Marketing and Research Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals while conducting in-depth market research to inform decision-making.
Main duties & responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for product development, positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior management to define marketing objectives and develop strategic marketing plans.
- Identify target markets and create customer segmentation strategies.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor brand performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and metrics.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media analytics to assess performance.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize ROI.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members have the resources needed to succeed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenses and report on budget performance regularly.
- Work closely with stakeholders & teams to align marketing efforts meet with overall business objectives.
- Present research findings and marketing strategies to management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and research.
- Attend trade fair, conferences, and networking events to enhance knowledge and professional connections.
About You
- Education: Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 12/10 years of experience in marketing, market research, or a related field with 3 years managerial experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms
- Creative thinking with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
