Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance from recognized university
Experience
Main Duties and responsibility
- Keep Financial Record update and ensure accurate application of a Company’s monetary Polices
- Analyses financial information and summarize financial status
- Compiles Financial Reports, Provides analysis and offers financial advice to senior members of the company.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulation.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statement, Retained earnings statement and cash flow statements
- Responsible for requesting and taking all vender creations and updates through Accounts payable supplier.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Requirement
- 5 years and above work experience out of which 3 years on senior position
- Experience in Real-estate sector or construction company is mandatory
