Key Responsibilities

• Oversee settlement, clearing, and reconciliation of digital transactions, including wallet services, mobile banking, internet banking, and third-party integrations.

• Investigate and resolve disputes, errors, and other transaction-related issues promptly.

• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of all digital payment systems, maintaining operational efficiency.

• Collaborate effectively with branches, business partners, and technical teams to address and resolve reconciliation discrepancies. • Prepare and present periodic reconciliation and settlement reports to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Monitor digital banking processes to identify risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital banking reconciliation and financial technology.
