Brief description
The Business Development Head plays a critical role in EASE Engineering PLC’s growth, market expansion, and marketing initiatives. This leadership role encompasses strategic business planning, team management, client relationship development, marketing strategy formulation, and execution. The BDH is responsible for setting long-term goals, building key partnerships, identifying business opportunities, and overseeing the implementation of marketing campaigns to enhance brand recognition and service awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business and Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for business growth, market penetration, and marketing initiatives.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead the business development and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve company goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture high-level relationships with current and prospective clients, and other business partners.
- Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management: Propose and implement effective marketing strategies. Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to ensure strong market recognition of the brand and services.
- Market Research and Business Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead complex negotiations and decision-making processes to secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Assess the performance of sales and marketing teams and efforts, setting targets and ensuring achievement of set objectives.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, product development, and operations, to ensure cohesive business and marketing strategies.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports on business development and marketing activities, challenges, and achievements to senior management.

About You
Required Competencies and Skills:
- Advanced degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in business development and marketing within the industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
