- Ensure the biscuit production process to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Monitor production output, speed, and machine performance to meet daily targets.
- Ensure all biscuits meet quality, safety and hygiene standards.
- Track raw material usage and minimize wastage.
About You
BSC Degree in Food science, Chemical engineering or similar field and 3 years and above relevant work experience in food /biscuit manufacturing /preferably in supervisory role
