Initiative for Social Accountability Promotion (ISAP), a local NGO, in collaboration with European Union Civil Society Fund-III an International donor wants to invite all interested and eligible bidders to  Conduct Public Expenditure Tracking Survey (PETS) for the project to be implemented in Addis Ababa, Hawassa and Adama City Administrations for the project entitled: Ensuring the participation of actors for transparency and accountability of institutions to fight against corruption and promote democratic governance and rule of law in Ethiopia funded by European Union Civil Society Fund- III through Transparency Ethiopia(TE)
