About You

Position	Administration and Finance Head
Qualification	Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Work Experience	A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience. At least 6 years in senior role overseeing finance, administration, and human resources. Experience working in consultancy or training organizations is highly desirable. Proven experience in internal auditing, HR operations, and property administration.
Scope of work	Administration and Finance Head will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial management, human resources functions, and administrative operations.
Required Skills	High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Duty station	Addis Ababa
Salary	Negotiable
