Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all arrival guests with flight details are paged and assisted with luggage and transportation.
- Receive and coordinate welcoming of VIP, loyal, and group guests at the airport on behalf of the hotel and provide the required assistance and inform to Front Office Manager.
- Check room availability, and negotiate for booking for arrival of a guest without reservation.
- Handling guest arrival with pick up request, and arrange the transportation.
- Give all the Resort facilities information to the guest and offer your assistance in any of their request.

Job Requirements
Educational Background
- BA Degree in Marketing / Management / Hotel & Tourism Management or similar fields
Work Experience
- 1 year and above /Hospitality Industry experience is mandatory/
Additional skill & Attribute
- Leading Ability
- Fluent speaking and writing skill of foreign language (minimum English language)
- Able to work as a team and on Flexible schedule
- Pro-activeness and analytical ability
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent customer service skill
