Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Finance Supervisor to oversee the company’s finance and accounting functions within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and team supervision. Strong proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Excel is required, along with a solid understanding of internal controls, compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (GAAP/IFRS). Manage the general ledger and reconcile all transactions.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow. Reconcile bank statements and investment accounts.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits as the main contact for auditors. Support budget preparation and long-term financial forecasts.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare financial models for projects and capital expenditures. Monitor financial KPIs and report on company performance.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls. Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Guide and supervise junior finance staff.
  • Act for the Finance Manager during absences and drive process improvements.
About You

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA, CPA, or CFA preferred. Minimum 5 years in finance/accounting, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry (hotel or restaurant) required.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and general ledger. Proficient in accounting software (Peachtree, SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. High integrity and professional ethics.
