Major Job Descriptions
  • Process company registration, license renewal, capital registration and liquidation;
  • Coordinate with seniors to manage several inquiries at government offices on a case by case basis;
  • Process business visa, work and resident permits process;
  • Participate in providing company secretarial compliance and advisory work for clients;
  • Maintain continuous interaction with clients, advise them on company secretarial matters and ensure outstanding client service;
  • Participate in providing support on internal legal matters which includes responding to legal queries and advise clients on legal matters;
  • Proper execution of all assignments in compliance with the firm’s policies and protocols;
  • Provide support in building up the best practice for the service line’s team members;
  • Participate in drafting engagement letters for different service lines;
  • Global Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Champion;
  • Coordinate with seniors to conduct legal due diligence with Transaction Advisory Services (TAS)  team;
  • Participate in drafting legal agreements, employment contracts, and standard terms of engagement for the various service lines.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Educational and Experience Required

      • BA in Law and other related fields.
      • 1 year experience in Risk and Legal and related fields.

Certification or License Required

      • No

Ability and Skill Required

      • Understanding of business law and related laws.
      • Able to keep confidential information.
      • Able to work multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
      • Team spirit/working in a team.
      • Interpersonal communication and negotiations skills.
      • Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word-processing programs.
      • Disciplined, organized.
      • Open-minded, self-learner.
