The Consortium of Christian Relief and Development Association (CCRDA) is an endogenous nonprofit umbrella organization of more than 460 secular and faith-based NGOs operating in Ethiopia.
CCRDA is currently seeking qualified vendors to provide office renovation and interior design services for a 280 square meter office space located at Woreda 08, Kirkos Sub-city, Addis Ababa, around Kazanchis- Hisham Building-5th Floor- next to Enat Bank Head Office.
The Expected Works (Specifications):
- Design office layout considering the existing furnitures, laminated & tempered Glass partitions, Kitchen cabinet & some important item additions.
- Design the office interior decor with finishing touches to make the space visually appealing, incorporating our logo and branding colors. This may include elements such as paint, partitions, flooring, power electrical outlets/sockets/ and lighting, additional furniture (6 individual tables, 1 managerial table, a 12-person meeting table with chairs), stickers, flowers, and other necessary decor features.
- Alternate proposals are permitted.
Deliverables and Conditions:
- Estimated timeline and project schedule.
- Price/Payment structure (All prices shall be inclusive of all taxes).
- Attach a valid TIN, VAT certificates, and renewed business license.
- Arrange your time during business hours to visit the site and discuss with the concerned team for details, until one day before the deadline.
About You
Submission Requirements:
Interested interior design firms are invited to submit their bids in accordance with the provided specifications and with.
- Company profile and qualifications.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant interior design projects.
- Proposed approach and methodology for the project.
- The proposal must contain the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the company with the address.
- Financial and technical offers shall be submitted in separate envelopes.

Submission Deadline:
Before or on August 30, 2024, 4:00 pm in person to CCRDA Head Office located Akaki Kality Sub City, Woreda 5 (In Front of Kality Drivers and Mechanics Training Center), Third Floor Room Number 304)
Selection Process:
- Bids will be evaluated based on criteria such as qualifications, proposed approach, portfolio and cost-effectiveness.
- The selection committee reserves the right to request additional information or clarification from bidders.
- Only shortlisted candidates may be contacted for further discussion or negotiation.
You shall submit your bid with and/or without the following costs: partition material and assembling, painting and sticker posting, and others (The offer needs to be indicated separately).
CCRDA has the right to choose one or both offers.
After the winner is announced, you are expected to deliver the design within 5 days.
If CCRDA wants any revision from the original design, the winner should revise the design at least two times.
