Job Description

1.     Main duties and responsibilities

Under the general supervision of the Head, Branch Follow-up, Control and Development Division the Branch Manager is fully responsible to organize, direct, supervise and control the operations of the branch with the objective of attaining high standard of performance in strict adherence to the laws and regulations of the country and Company policies and procedures. Check and verify that trainings are given in accordance with guidelines of the Company and thereby follow closely on their outcome. Ensure proper and economic utilization of manpower, materials and        equipment assigned to the branch.

2.     Specific Duties and Responsibilities

2.1  Plan, organizes, direct, supervise and control the over-all activities of the          branch in line withstanding policies and procedures of the Company.

2.2  Co-ordinate and supervise that assigned duties within the branch is conducted properly.

2.3   Ensure that record of policies enforce are maintained and that all training data and records are reliable and up-to-date with the object of avoiding ambiguity.

2.4  Check and verify that trainings are given in accordance with guidelines of the Company and thereby follow closely on their outcome.

2.5   Ensure that efficient method of advising IBOs and trainees on training procedures is undertaken properly.

2.6   Ensure that training fees are paid by trainees in accordance with established guidelines of the Company

2.7  Make sure that appropriate register books with statistically relevant information are maintained at the branch all the time.

2.8  Handle inquiries and exchange correspondences on matters referring to the         branch and report to top management on major issues.

2.9   Ensure that relevant documents such as trainee information, availability of training materials, etc. are collected and stored properly.

2.10    Periodically Visit IBOs and make sure that they are effectively served with the maximum possible efficiency.

2.11    Rescored trainees that didn’t attend class and send the list to Product/service Directorate and Marketing Directorate for further action.

2.12    Ensure that provisions of government proclamations and relevant directives of supervisory authorities are implemented to the best interest of the Company and expectations of the authorities.

2.13    Ensure proper and economic utilization of manpower, materials and equipment assigned to the branch.

2.14    Prepare a work program, annual budget and periodic performance reports        pertaining to the branch.

2.15    Evaluate periodically the performances of employees within the branch and         make sure that they acquire the necessary skills and training on the job.

2.16    Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

MA/BA in Marketing Management/Business Management or other related fields
