The QED Group is seeking a Business Analyst for a USAID Ethiopia Health Information Systems (HIS) project to support USAID/Ethiopia in providing technical assistance and other services for the implementation of the Electronic Health Information Systems (eHIS) Activity. The project is aimed to support the Government of Ethiopia (GOE) to improve the quality of health service and create a sustainable health care system through use of data for decision making and for providing similar services and deliverables to other countries in Africa or to respond to a crisis in Ethiopia.

• Improve systems and business processes by studying current practices and designing modifications
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information, evaluating and producing output requirements duties
• Collaborates with FMOH stakeholders in Ethiopia
• Reports to SR Tech Advisor Digitalization.
• It is highly desirable the candidate have a master’s degree with a major in Computer Science, Statistics, Epidemiology, Research and/or a related discipline is required.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience and a proven track record.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
