Reach for Change is a global non-profit organization with its headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden. The organization is operational in 11 countries across the globe out of which three countries are in Africa. Reach for Change was registered in Ethiopia as a foreign organization in 2015 with registration number 3419 with the aim to positively impact the lives of young women and children in Ethiopia and build the capacity of local social entrepreneurs. Currently, Reach for Change (RFC) envisions a green, sustainable economy in Ethiopia where everyone has the opportunity to have a decent quality of life and reach their full potential. Reach for Change is implementing a three years project called “Building Waste Management and Circular Enterprises in Ethiopia” intends to contribute to the national effort and Reach for Change Ethiopia country strategy to create decent employment for youth and women as well as address environmental related challenges through environmental friendly solutions. The consultant will capture baseline information in a way that shows the current practices of 10 social enterprises (Green Business Incubator program participants) in the areas of environmental and social impact and overall sustainability issue. The key deliverables of the consultancy are included in the ToR. This consultancy will take only 30 days from the agreement signed between Reach for Change Ethiopia and the consultant firm.
