- Operate and monitor all process units through the control system (PLC).
- Ensure all process parameters are within set limits.
- Report any deviation, alarm, or abnormal condition immediately to the production supervisor/Manager.
- Make necessary control adjustments based on process conditions and guidance.
- Ensure continuous material flow and coordinate with production floor operators for smooth operation.
- Record hourly process data accurately in control logs or digital systems.
- Prepare and submit daily production performance and process reports on time to the Production Supervisor or Manager.
- Maintain records of batch numbers, downtime, and raw material usage for traceability.
- Communicate effectively with quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams during operation.
- Support sampling and testing activities with the QA department.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
- Support cleaning, sanitation, and product changeover activities as required.
- Follow all plant safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Report any unsafe conditions, near misses, or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Participate in safe startup and shutdown of the plant.
- Attend on-the-job training on process control, food safety, and operational procedures.
- Develop basic technical understanding of process flow and control systems.
- Education: BSc Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Food and Nutrition.
- Experience: Fresh graduate (no prior experience required; training will be provided).
