Role Overview
Kavod Real Estate PLC seeks a Chief Commercial & Growth Officer (CCGO) to lead Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Business Growth functions. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will drive revenue acceleration, brand elevation, and market expansion to position Kavod as East Africa’s preeminent commercial mall developer. This role demands strategic foresight, operational agility, and proven ability to thrive in high-velocity environments.

Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategic Commercial Leadership: Design integrated strategies aligning Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Business Growth to deliver superior revenue performance and market positioning.
- Sales Excellence: Build a high-performance sales organization leveraging advanced CRM and analytics to drive conversion optimization and scalable revenue models.
- Marketing & Brand Dominance: Elevate Kavod to premium market status through bold, multi-platform campaigns and data-driven strategies that maximize return on investment.
- Customer Service Excellence: Establish world-class service standards ensuring seamless client experiences from initial engagement through ongoing tenancy.
- Business Growth & Expansion: Identify and activate new market segments, territories, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth in this fast-paced environment.
- Commercial Operations & Compliance: Ensure efficient, compliant management of all agreements through streamlined procedures and cross-functional coordination.
- Executive Collaboration: Partner with fellow executives to synchronize market demand with development timelines, optimize budgeting, and build organizational capabilities.
- Performance Accountability: Own the commercial performance dashboard, defining and monitoring KPIs while driving ownership for growth targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, or related discipline
- 15+ years in commercial leadership spanning sales, marketing, and customer service; real estate related experience preferred.
- 7+ years in C-suite or senior executive positions
- Professional certifications in Commercial Strategy or Brand Management preferred
- Demonstrated success scaling revenue and building high-performance teams
