Job Summary

The Chief of Security is responsible for all duties of the Safety/Security operations. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to provide clear directions to team members. Hire, train, supervise, schedule and participate in activities in the department. Ensure compliance with Hilton Worldwide Brand Standards. Conduct regular audit of cost levels, including review of suppliers of services, articles, and objects related to the department. Coordinate with government & law enforcement and ensure compliance with local safety legislation and emergency procedure.

Roles & Responsibilities

This position requires strong attention to detail, quality, leadership skills and the ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, suppliers and team members. Besides, the Chief Security is responsible for:

  • Organize patrolling of all boundary areas, bedrooms, offices, storage areas, public areas and function rooms,
  • Plan, deliver and facilitate regular staff awareness training
  • Responsible for management of key control within all departments
  • Responsible for the execution of action plan linked to all safety & Security reviews
  • Responsible to produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as per Hilton Standard
  • Guarantee compliance of all checklist and patron sheet of the department of Security
  • Ensure periodic tours are carried out for the purpose of fire prevention, safe means of escape and Security
  • Responsible to submit a semisterial Safety & Security review to Director of Operation
  • Define ways to meet HACCP expectations with other stakeholders (Executive Chef/Chief Steward/Chief Engineer,…
  • Be fully conversant with hotel fire & emergency procedure
About You
Chief of Security serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the academic and work experience with attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow

  • Collage Diploma or Degree in relevant fields of study
  • Min. of 5 Years Proven Previous Security experience in a Supervisory or Managerial Level, preferably working within an industry which monitored large volumes of people movement
  • Previous experience leading and managing a Security / law enforcement team
  • In-depth knowledge of security related systems, practices, legislation, and latest technologies
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and personal presentation
