Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Chinese Translator to support communication between our management, local teams, and Chinese partners. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Chinese, English, and Amharic, capable of handling both written documentation and real-time verbal interpretation.

Preference: Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply and will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpretation: Provide real-time translation during meetings, site visits, and negotiations between Chinese stakeholders and local staff.
  • Reporting: Assist the HR department and CEO with translated reports and correspondence.
About You
  • Education: Chinese Language, Linguistics, Foreign Languages, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in translation or interpretation (Experience factory is a plus).
  • Language Skills: Near-native fluency in Chinese and Amharic.
  • Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
