Raras Technologies is seeking a skilled Site Civil Engineer/Architect to manage and execute construction and design projects. The role involves coordinating with clients, performing site surveys, preparing designs and technical documents, and ensuring project goals are met efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and maintain knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.
• Liaise with clients to address issues in a timely manner and ensure project requirements are met.
• Lead and coordinate team efforts to achieve set goals and targets.
• Network and consult with industry professionals to ensure best practices.
• Perform cost estimates for projects, evaluating feasibility, budgets, and material costs.
• Develop specifications for materials based on research and project requirements.
• Conduct field surveys to gather data on existing site conditions.
• Prepare as-built designs and 2D & 3D designs for various projects.
• Prepare project task breakdowns, shop drawings, cost breakdowns, BOQs, and contract documents.
• Inspect project sites and prepare detailed site survey reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, ARCHICAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking ability and collaborative mindset.
