Mon Real Estate is growing — and we are looking for creative, driven professionals to help shape our brand and tell our story. Real estate experience is a strong advantage, but passion, craft, and a sharp eye for quality matter most. We are currently hiring for the Content Creator / Copywriter position.
You will craft compelling copy and content that connects buyers and investors with our developments — across web, social media, and print.
Responsibilities
- Write property listings, advertising copy, blog posts, captions, and email content.
- Develop campaign concepts for property launches and brand storytelling.
- Produce short-form video scripts and creative concepts.
- Write in both Amharic and English with the right tone for each audience.
- Research market trends and buyer insights to sharpen messaging.
Place of Work: Mon Real Estate Head Office, Ayer Tena, Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
About You
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Literature, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Certifications in content marketing, copywriting, or SEO are a plus.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional writing or content creation experience.
- Strong writing skills in both Amharic and English.
- Ability to shift tone across formats — informative, persuasive, and aspirational.
- Comfortable on or behind the camera for video content.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Real estate, lifestyle, or luxury brand experience is an advantage.
