Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Content Writer to join our creative team at Capra Communications. As a Content Writer, you will play a key role in developing impactful content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.

Duties and Responsibilities of Content Writer:  

  • Create high-quality written content that aligns with our business and clients’ brand voice and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and trends to develop insightful and informative content.
  • Develop Content strategies for Capra and clients
  • Collaborate with the creative & marketing team to brainstorm ideas and develop content strategies.
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for websites, blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials for Capra and clients.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in content marketing.
  • Adapt writing style and tone to suit different brand, audiences and platforms.
  • Handle all other activities as required by the immediate supervisor;

Job Requirements

  • Total of 3 – 4 years of experience in communication and advertising industry with similar role;
  • Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar;
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts;
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Solid research skills with the ability to gather and analyze information from various sources;
  • Proficiency in storytelling techniques to captivate and engage audiences;
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies;
  • Adaptability to different tones, styles, and brand voices;

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of past content writing & creation projects demonstrating creativity, originality, and effectiveness;
  • Knowledge in writing tools
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research tools;
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content distribution channels;
  • Knowledge of copyright laws and ethical content creation practices;

Technical Skills:

  • Collaborative skill
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to manage change effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proactive and self-driven with a passion for driving organizational growth;
