The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Corporate Identity, Branding, and Communication Specialist/Brand Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand and driving our success. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a company with strong legacy and ambitious goals.

What will you do:

As a Corporate Identity, Branding, and Communication Specialist/Brand Manager, you will be at the forefront of defining and promoting EATH’s brand and corporate identity. You will develop and execute comprehensive strategies to strengthen our brand presence, manage internal and external communications, and support our overall business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Brand Building: Develop and implement brand strategies, ensuring brand consistency across all channels, and creating compelling branding guidelines for EATH, its subsidiaries, and product offerings.
  • Corporate Identity: Shape and maintain EATH’s corporate identity, ensuring a unified and impactful presence across all touchpoints.
  • Strategic Communication: Develop and execute internal and external communication plans to engage employees, build relationships with stakeholders, and enhance EATH’s reputation.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, support product launches, and analyze marketing trends.
  • Digital Enhancement: Manage and oversee UI/UX design for company websites and digital platforms.
About You

What will you bring?

  • A bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in corporate communications, branding, brand management, or marketing.
  • A strong track record of developing and implementing successful communication and brand strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Experience with digital communication and social media management.
  • Mandatory: A deep understanding of the Ethiopian market and cultural context.
  • Experience with UI/UX principles and design is a plus.
  • Experience in developing branding guidelines for a franchise business model is a plus.
