Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Professional to lead and support our customer service operations. The ideal candidate will ensure clients receive excellent service while also contributing to sales, social media engagement, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in person, by phone, and through platforms like Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Provide detailed information on visa options, flight bookings, and related services
- Manage customer inquiries across all channels (phone, email, in-person)
- Organize and maintain client documents and records
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Supervise, train, and support the customer service team
- Assist customers with visa applications and flight booking procedures
- Handle complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Represent the company in all social media and client communication platforms
- Create engaging social media content and occasionally go live on TikTok
- Collaborate with the marketing team on special projects
About You
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
- 2+ years of work experience in team lead or supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Basic social media content creation experience
- Experience in visa consulting is an advantage
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proactive, problem-solver, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable appearing on video for live TikTok sessions and client engagement
