About the Position

KADISCO General Hospital is seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and passionate nursing professional to join our leadership team as a Deputy Matron. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Matron in the overall management and coordination of nursing services.
  • Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and nursing practice.
  • Lead nursing quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence programs.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional guidance to nursing staff.
  • Facilitate staff development, clinical teaching, and continuous professional education.
  • Promote evidence-based and modern nursing practices throughout the hospital.
  • Assist in workforce planning, performance management, and staff engagement activities.
  • Support policy implementation, compliance, and accreditation requirements.
About You
  • BSc Degree in Nursing (Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive nursing experience, with significant leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics.
