About the Position
KADISCO General Hospital is seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and passionate nursing professional to join our leadership team as a Deputy Matron. The ideal candidate will be committed to advancing modern nursing practice, strengthening patient-centered care, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Matron in the overall management and coordination of nursing services.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and nursing practice.
- Lead nursing quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence programs.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional guidance to nursing staff.
- Facilitate staff development, clinical teaching, and continuous professional education.
- Promote evidence-based and modern nursing practices throughout the hospital.
- Assist in workforce planning, performance management, and staff engagement activities.
- Support policy implementation, compliance, and accreditation requirements.
- BSc Degree in Nursing (Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field is an advantage).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive nursing experience, with significant leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics.
