Job Description

Main Duties and tasks

Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order
Follow appropriate safety procedures for driving, car servicing and maintenance appointments
Contacting service stations for scheduling car washes
Arriving on time for picking up services for clients from/to their destinations
Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as adding oil, fuel, or radiator fluid or performing minor troubleshooting repairs
Undertaking vehicle maintenance checks
Carrying out administrative duties like picking and delivering packages when needed
Updating and maintaining daily travel schedule
Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety
Using navigation tools like Google Maps to identify shorter and traffic-free routes
Collecting and maintaining payment records
Following proper traffic rules
Dress clean and neat at all times
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

At least Secondary High school complete and holding Auto Driving license with at least 2+years of proven experience in Driving activities. Aeromechanics certificate is a plus.

Competencies and Professional skills required

· Proven work experience as a Driver in a reputed firm

· Holding a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Knowledge of local routes and sightseeing locations

· Knowledge of road and traffic rules/laws

· Displaying a pleasing personality

· Ability to work on weekends, holidays and for flexible hours

· Demonstrating strong physical and mental stamina

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Familiarity with navigation apps/tools like Google Maps

· Ability to maintain calm composure at all times
