Purpose of the position
The Purpose of the driver in this position is to demonstrate discretion, excellent driving skills, and a strong understanding of road safety and traffic regulations. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation services.
Main duties & responsibilities
- Safely transport the employees to and from various locations as required.
- Always maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle.
- Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs, adhering to schedules and appointments.
- Monitor traffic and weather conditions to plan optimal routes.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and coordinate regular maintenance.
- Handle minor vehicle issues and report major concerns promptly.
- Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assist with errands or deliveries as requested. Have the responsibility to report problem(s) with regards to the FSMS to identified person(s)
- Other tasks assigned by manager
About You
- Minimum Grade 12 Completion.
- Driving License
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Have integrity and commitment
- Ability to work with the team
- Have good communication skills
- Professional speaker in Amharic requires for the job
- Other Ethiopian languages are advantageous to perform the job
