Job Description
- Ensure that the CEO office is always clean, ready and attractive for work and customer handling.
- Do receptions, respond to enquiries, correspondence both telephone and written directed to respective offices.
- Prepare and dispatch letters, e-mail, scanning, copying and binding internal memos and other materials to member banks and other organs.
- File of all documents and correspondence to and from the respective office
- Maintain the CEO calendar and schedule of appointments, screen requests for meetings, synchronize office and personal diaries to ensure that appointments do not overlap.
- Organize and coordinate all logistics including travel arrangements for the CEO meetings and conferences (both internal & external
- Oversee the prompt collection and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail in the respective office.
- Ensure the availability of office supplies at the CEO office.
- Organize the filing and retrieval of files and documents in order to ensure that they are secure and accessible
- Maintain efficient and effective communication channels between the CEO office, the Board, other departments and external customers to ensure professional interface and superior customer service.
- Handle petty cash.
- Draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO as appropriate.
- Coordinate the preparation of both local and international itineraries for the CEO and confirm travel bookings and hotel reservations
- Record register and file letters, minutes, circulars, reports, and other related materials for the CEO.
- Provide safe custody of correspondence files and other materials of confidential nature.
- Manage the CEO office and assist the CEO on day to day routines.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Qualification & Work Experience
- Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management or a related field
- At least 2 years relevant experience.
