1. Position Summary
The Field Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s real estate properties to potential buyers through direct field engagement. The role involves identifying prospective clients, conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
2. Key Duties and Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential property buyers through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Promote the company’s real estate projects to prospective customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Participate in property exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and promotional events.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options.
- Provide professional advice on property investment opportunities.
- Follow up with clients regularly until the sales process is completed.
Property Presentation
- Conduct site visits and property tours for potential buyers.
- Clearly explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal processes.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to individuals or groups.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Submit regular field activity and sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market conditions.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.5
Experience
0–1 year of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property sales,

- Ability to close sales deals effectively

- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Professional appearance and conduct
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market and property sales processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
