Job Summary
The Front Office Manager is responsible for supervising front desk operations and staff to ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations. This role involves managing guest relations, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating with other departments to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk, including guest check-in/check-out procedures
- Make sure all front-line staff, reception, reservation, and concierge are providing a high standard of service.
- Control guest transportation requirements and oversee vehicle availability.
- Ensure all front office management operation is in line with the hotel policy.
- Provide high degree of professional service to arriving and departing guests.
- Handle guest complains in a professional manner.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 year and above Proven experience as a Front Office Manager.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
