Job Purpose: Assist the HR department in managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration, with solid experience in HR functions.

Job Purpose: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors in a courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor logs.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients and staff.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Support administrative tasks when required.

Salary: By negotiation

About You

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a receptionist or front desk officer.
  • Diploma in Office Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluency in English, Amharic, and Afaan Oromo.
