Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Graphics designer to oversee the entire production of our visual assets. This role requires expertise in both static graphic design and end-to-end video production (recording and editing), ensuring all content maintains high quality and a consistent brand voice across all media channels.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design and Static Visuals

  • Design Creation: Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of print and digital static content:
  • Branding & Print: Logos, brochures, flyers, presentations, packaging, and detailed brand identity guidelines.
  • Digital: Website graphics, social media tiles, infographics, and email graphics.
  • Production & Preparation: Utilize expert knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout. Prepare finalized, print-ready files (CMYK) and optimized digital assets (RGB) using professional design software.
  • Brand Integrity: Ensure all visual materials strictly adhere to and reinforce brand guidelines.

2. Video Production (Recording and Editing)

  • Pre-Production: Assist with concept development and translate ideas into practical storyboards or shot lists. Coordinate shoot logistics, including equipment setup and location preparation.
  • Videography: Serve as the primary camera operator, capturing high-quality video and photo content.
  • Manage and operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment (mics, mixers).
  • Provide direction to on-screen talent to ensure effective visual and audio capture.
  • Post-Production: Execute all aspects of video editing using Non-Linear Editing (NLE) software:
  • Editing & Sequencing: Assemble, trim, and structure raw footage into polished, coherent video content.
  • Refinement: Perform color correction/grading, audio mixing, sound design, and music integration.
  • Motion Graphics: Design and integrate titles, lower thirds, and animated graphics using tools like Adobe After Effects.

3. Technical Management and Quality Control

  • Software Mastery: Maintain expert proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
  • Asset Management: Systematically organize, label, back up, and archive all raw footage, project files, and final content exports.
  • Delivery: Ensure final visual files (static and video) meet all required technical specifications for resolution, format, and aspect ratio across various platforms.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing management, Film Production, Visual Communication, or a closely related field.
  • 2 years of professional experience in a role requiring both design and video production expertise.
