Position Title- Head – Project Monitoring (Knowledge and Experience in Construction Projects)

Objective of the Role
The Head – Project Monitoring is responsible for overseeing the tracking, evaluation, and reporting of all strategic projects across the organization. The role ensures projects are executed within scope, budget, and timelines, while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and statutory requirements. It provides leadership with transparent dashboards, variance analysis, and corrective action recommendations, ensuring subsidiaries and regional offices follow unified monitoring frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project monitoring frameworks aligned with organizational strategy.
- Track project progress against approved plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure subsidiaries and regional offices adhere to unified monitoring standards.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare consolidated dashboards and reports for leadership and board review.
- Monitor risks, delays, and resource utilization across projects.
- Support audits, reviews, and compliance checks for project execution.
- Provide insights for continuous improvement and proactive adjustments.
Mentor project coordinators and associates to strengthen monitoring discipline
About You
Technical Qualifications: MBA/Project Management; Construction Engineering
Years of Experience: 12–15
Experience Background: Construction, Engineering, Project monitoring, governance, reporting
Leadership Traits: Disciplined, transparent, results-driven
Requirement Skill
Ability to support Resident Engineer in technical and administrative tasks
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to plan and coordinate
ability to build strong working relationships
