Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR & Property Administration Manager to lead and oversee the Company’s Human Resources and Property Administration functions. The position is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring effective workforce management, overseeing employee development programs, and managing administrative and property-related operations to support the Company’s strategic objectives.
• Lead and oversee all Human Resources and Property Administration functions of the Company.
• Develop and implement HR and administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate employee training, development, succession planning, and capacity-building initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee personnel administration, employee records, attendance, leave management, and related HR activities.
• Supervise transportation and logistics operations to ensure efficient utilization of company resources.
• Oversee procurement, store management, canteen services, and general support services.
• Ensure proper management, maintenance, and safeguarding of company assets and properties.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of section heads and departmental staff.
• Prepare and implement annual departmental plans, budgets, and performance reports.
• Participate in strategic planning and support the achievement of organizational goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or professional HR certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Law, HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and personnel administration.
• Experience in administration, property administration, logistics, procurement, inventory/store management, or related administrative functions is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proven experience in using HR, ERP, payroll, attendance, and performance management systems (e.g., CNET ERP, Oracle, ETTA, SAP, Odoo, or similar systems).
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
