Description:
- The Human Resources Administration Section Head is responsible for managing and coordinating HR administrative functions in an FMCG/manufacturing environment. The role ensures effective workforce administration, compliance with labor laws, accurate HR records, employee services, and smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures to support continuous plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise HR administration activities, including personnel records, attendance, leave, contracts, and employee data management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, collective agreements, and internal HR procedures.
- Manage payroll inputs, overtime, shift schedules, and coordination with Finance for timely and accurate salary processing.
- Oversee recruitment administration, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
- Support performance management, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and employee relations in coordination with line managers.
- Coordinate training administration, employee documentation, and capacity-building records.
- Manage welfare, benefits administration, uniforms, ID cards, and employee services.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower statistics, headcount analysis, and dashboards for management decision-making.
- Support factory HR operations, including shift-based workforce planning and high-volume employee management.
- Ensure proper filing, confidentiality, and integrity of HR documents and systems.
- Contribute to HR audits, compliance inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree or professional HR certification is an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR administration experience, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Core Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR administration practices.
- Experience with payroll coordination, shift systems, and factory workforce management.
- Good analytical, reporting, and HR data management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-handling skills.
