We are seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing HR functions and ensuring compliance with organizational and national labor standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection processes.
- Oversee employee relations and performance management.
- Ensure proper HR documentation and policy implementation.
- Provide HR support and guidance to staff and management.
Place of Assignment
- Head office
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
