Job Summary

As a Juicer & Barista at Cafe & Restaurant JD, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality juices, smoothies, and coffee beverages to delight our customers. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service. • Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the juicing and espresso stations, including equipment, tools, and work surfaces.
• Ensure accurate inventory management of ingredients, supplies, and products, and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to customers, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate beverage orders with food orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation regulations at all times, including proper handling and storage of perishable items.
• Follow established procedures for opening and closing the juicing and espresso stations, including cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with training new team members on juicing and espresso preparation techniques, menu items, and customer service standards.
• Stay informed about current beverage trends, seasonal ingredients, and new products, and make recommendations to enhance the menu offerings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the cafe and restaurant.
• Perform related tasks as per immediate supervisor request.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a cafe, juice bar, or restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of juicing techniques, espresso preparation, and beverage service standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
