Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Officer to join our team at Capra Communications. As a Junior Digital Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our digital marketing efforts across various channels for Capra and our clients, including digital marketing strategy, SEO, social media management and, email marketing, and content Marketing and report making.

Duties and Responsibilities of Junior Digital Marketing Officer:

  • Assist in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation;
  • Conduct keyword research and optimization to improve website ranking and visibility on search engines;
  • Manage social media accounts to adopt audience engagement and grow followers;
  • Support email marketing initiatives by creating and scheduling email campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing email content;
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop creative strategies and concepts for digital marketing campaigns;
  • Involve in various business development and marketing activities of capra
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to enhance campaign performance and effectiveness;
  • Handle all other activities as required by the immediate supervisor;

Job Requirements

  • Total of 1 – 3 Years of experience in communication and advertising industry with similar role;
  • Strong digital marketing skills with a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts and principles.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely.

Knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, and email marketing software, etc.
  • Proficiency in SEO principles, keyword research, and understanding of organic search engine ranking factors.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing campaigns including keyword research, bid management, and ROI generation.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools.

Technical Skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
