Key Job Duties & Responsibilities: The job holder’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and design E-learning courses, modules, and content using various tools.
  • Creating engaging and effective e-learning content, including multimedia elements like videos, quizzes, and interactive modules.
  • Uploading and Organizing training Materials, Ensuring that all training content are properly organized, uploaded and easily accessible to learners.
  • Administer e-learning platform, including user management and course setup.
  • Monitoring course progress and performance metrics to enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective instructional materials.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.
  • Regularly reviewing and updating training materials to ensure they are current, relevant, and of high quality.
  • Manage and maintain the LMS, ensuring its functionality and accessibility for users.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to users.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address any issues related to E- learning.
  • Conduct evaluations and gather feedback from learners to improve course content and delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments, internal trainer or external partners on e-learning initiatives.
  • Analyze data related to learner performance, engagement, and course effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and make recommendations based on data analysis to inform decision-making and improve e-learning offerings.
  • Manage digital libraries and sources of educational materials.
  • Stay informed about trends and developments in E-learning
  • Providing technical support and guidance to learners, addressing any issues they encounter.
  • Ensuring that e-learning programs meet standards and deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Minimum qualification and work experience:

  • BA Degree in computer science, Management, Accounting or other Business-related fields with 1 years’ experience
