Job Summary:-The Junior Machine Operator is responsible for assisting in operating production machines, ensuring smooth machine operation, maintaining product quality, and following safety procedures. The role supports senior operators and production teams to achieve daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operating and monitoring production machines according to company procedures.
• Prepare machines, materials, and tools before starting production.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
• Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
• Perform basic machine adjustments under supervision.
• Ensure products meet required quality standards.
• Conduct basic cleaning and routine maintenance of machines.
• Follow workplace safety rules and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain accurate production records and report production activities.
• Support senior operators and maintenance teams when required.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Qualification and Skills

Education:-

• BSc Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electro Mechanical/mechanical Engineering or related field

Experiance :-

• 0–2 years of experience in machine operation or manufacturing environment fresh graduates considered

Skills

• Basic knowledge of machine operation and production processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work shifts if required.
