Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operations at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport, assisting passengers and supporting smooth flight operations.
- Manage email communications and phone conversations with clients and vendors.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Understand company services thoroughly to accurately address customer requests.
- Coordinate with operations and other departments to deliver exceptional service.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Remain calm and professional during demanding or stressful situations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational targets and objectives.
About You
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Flight Dispatch, Aviation Management, or Ground Services Training.
- Understanding of flight support, ground handling, and airport operations.
- Experience in coordinating and executing flight operations is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Junior leave 1-3 year work experience
- Fresh graduates with zero years of experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Flexibility to work in shifts is required due to the nature of aviation operations.
