Position: – Laboratory Custodian (Female Applicants Only)
Duty station: Bishoftu
Workplace: Bishoftu (the ideal candidate should be from Bishoftu area)

Salary: – Basic salary 8,000.00 up 10,000
Job Summary
A competent staff with knowledgeable for customer handling.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all receiving samples from (internal and external) customers and proper transfer to the store.
- Responsible for all transfer of testing results to (internal and external) customers;
- Ensure that samples are received within the scope of the laboratory analysis;
- Ensure that minimum required samples are received for testing and analysis;
- Maintain, record and supervise all customer requests;
- Ensure that customers are properly communicated for the date of test result delivery and the amount of service payment and settlements;
- Communicate customer complaints and complements to the respective institution as required and requested including, the Laboratory Head/Manager.

- BSc degree in Chemistry
