Job Description

The role of a Lubricant Sales Territory Manager is essential in the lubricants division of TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia. As a Lubricant Sales Territory Manager you will be tasked with overseeing distributors, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and various customers, you also be at the forefront of driving sales and expanding business opportunities. Your responsibilities include analyzing sales data, managing product pricing and profitability, and ensuring that key performance indicators are met. Additionally, you need to maintain and evaluate customer relationships and market share, contributing to the company’s growth while also having opportunities for personal development in a dynamic business environment.

Job Requirements

Educational background:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Mechanical Engineering or similar fields

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in sales and/or marketing is an added value.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management
  • Training in Sales or Marketing is advantageous, good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills and analytic mind, reactivity, availability, curious, able to work under pressure also required.
  • Able to analyze data and provide input for decisions to drive company goals & objectives.
  • Ability to work on Excel, Power Bi, and SALSA will be added value.

Driving license

  •  A valid driving license and driving experience is required for this position.
