JOB SUMMARY

The Manager, HC Center of Excellence Division will be responsible for Planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and controlling human capital management, Center of excellence activities of the Institution.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and controlling human capital management, center of excellence activities of the Institution;
• Develop Learning and Development strategy of the company.
• Develop Employee Performance Management strategy and systems of undertaking EPMs
• Develop Learning and Development Policies, procedures, guidelines, manuals, etc.
• Ensure proper Administering of Learning and Development and performance management functions in compliance with governing policies and procedures of the Institution;
• Conducting training need assessment, identifying areas of training or skill gaps, and developing training program in consultation with the concerned officials of the Institution
• Coordinating the functions of Learning and Development of the institution;
• Establishing modern Training and development management system and ensuring that all the necessary information regarding Learning and Development are captured and in safe custody;
• Ensuring the execution of training program using internal resources or outsourced training services and conduct training impact assessment to ensure the training effectiveness;
• Preparing succession plan for key posts of the Institution and ensuring the proper execution of approved succession plan;
• Providing advice to other organs of the Institution on matters related to Learning and Development management functions; and
• Preparing periodic reports on the Learning and Development activities of the Institution.
• Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

About You

• MBA/MA/BA Degree in HRM, Management, Business Administartion, Accounting/Finance or related fields.
• A minimum of 7/9 years of relevant work experience, out of which 3 years in senior position preferably in MFI/Banks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies;
• Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and decision making skills;
• Firm belief in teamwork and gender equality;
• Computer proficiency.
