Main Duties and responsibilities:
Plan
- Prepare units’ operational plan
- Produce timely and robust reporting on L&D programs for planning, resourcing, measurement and forecasting purposes
Design
- Design and implement effective training programs using an effective, up-to-date, and fit for purpose instructional design and delivery methods (e.g., instructor-led, eLearning, virtual, etc.).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to learning and development.
- Continuously refine, improve, and develop learning solutions programs and methods in line with the development in the industry and business priorities
Deliver
- Personally execute activities involved in the needs assessment, instructional design, learning material development, delivery, implementation and evaluation of learning and development programs
Review
- Measure the effectiveness of L&D solutions, evaluating the impact on stated performance indicators and identifying actions to drive improved performance
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Lead
- Lead teams involved in the needs assessment, instructional design, learning material development, delivery, implementation and evaluation of learning and development programs
- Develop the capacity of Senior consultants and Consultants in the learning solution division through continuous coaching and mentorship
Collaborate
- Collaborate with clients to identify training needs and develop learning solutions that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales department to prepare project proposals, sales pitching documents related to learning solution, and make technical learning sales presentation.
- Identify sources of delivery partners, establish contact, recruit and onboard them, and manage the end-to end relationship with them. Make sure the deliver partners pipeline is relevant and full all the time.
Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience out of which three (3) years in a managerial or supervisory position
Or
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields with eight (8) years of demonstrated experience of which four (4) years in a managerial or supervisory position.
