Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Substation and Transmission Line System Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of substation and transmission line projects—from design review and planning, through execution and commissioning, to operations and maintenance. This leadership role requires both technical expertise and strong project management skills to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of substation and transmission line projects.
- Lead and supervise multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for division projects.
- Provide technical leadership in substation construction, transmission line erection, testing, and commissioning.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, implementing continuous improvements in efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians within the division.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in substation and/or transmission line systems (construction, operation, or maintenance).
- Strong knowledge of power system engineering, protection systems, and transmission network design.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and relevant engineering software.
